Phillip Santise

Philip Santise joined our team in 2006, after 32 years of service with the New York City Department of Education. His distinguished career includes 10 years as Founding Principal of the Mickey Mantle School for students with disabilities and Local Superintendent, NYCDOE District 75. Philip has been a presenter at the New York State Conference for Inclusive Education and National Institute for Urban School Improvement.
A native of the Bronx, Philip graduated Mount St. Michael HS Academy, received a BA at Hunter College, Master’s Degree from Columbia University Teacher’s College and Post Graduate Degree from Fordham University. He has mentored both experienced and newly appointed Principals and Administrative teams, with passion and expertise in facilitating the development of inclusive educational programs and Social Emotional Learning. He currently resides in Westchester County, NY.

Interesting Facts
In addition to his career in education, Philip has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. He has owned and operated several well know estaurants in the New York area. Currently, he is the owner of the Saxon Grill in Scarsdale, NY.
What I love about coaching: Being able to help leaders develop personal mastery and relationship management competencies in a stress free, trusting environment. I believe developing Emotional Intelligence competencies has the greatest impact on successful leadership in any organization.
