What To Expect
- One-on-One Training: Sessions typically last 1 to 1.5 hours, offering personalized coaching tailored to your leadership development.
- Group Coaching: Sessions last around 2 hours and consist of 5 to 8 participants with a skilled facilitator. Group coaching focuses not only on effective questioning and listening techniques but also on understanding group dynamics and individual behaviors. Facilitators are trained to manage group identity and read participants while reflecting on their own feelings to avoid influencing the group process.
- Self-Guided Group Progress: After facilitator-led sessions, the group continues to evolve independently, applying learned techniques in a collaborative environment.
