Philip Santise

Philip Santise joined our team in 2006, after 32 years of service with the New York City Department of Education. His distinguished career includes 10 years as Founding Principal of the Mickey Mantle School for students with disabilities and Local Superintendent, NYCDOE District 75. Philip has been a presenter at the New York State Conference for Inclusive Education and National Institute for Urban School Improvement. Most recently, Philip was co-presenter at the 2022 International Symposium for Emotional Intelligence in Palermo, Sicily.
A native of the Bronx, Philip graduated from Mount St. Michael HS Academy, earned his BA at Hunter College, Master’s Degree from Columbia University Teacher’s College and Post Graduate Degree from Fordham University. He has mentored and coached both experienced and newly appointed Principals, Superintendents, and Administrative teams with passion and expertise. He excels in facilitating the development of Emotional Intelligent Leadership competencies and Social Emotional Learning. He currently resides in Westchester County, NY, and Palm Beach County, Florida.
What I love about coaching: I enjoy facilitating able leaders to develop personal mastery and relationship management competencies in a stress free, trusting environment. I believe developing Emotional Intelligence competencies has the greatest impact on successful leadership in any organization.
