Allison Holzer

Allison Holzer is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and consultant best known for her deep understanding of organizational leadership and her acumen as an executive coach, capable of inspiring next-level growth for C-suite executives and the organizations they lead.
Allison draws from 20+ years of expertise working with thousands of diverse and global leaders on unlocking new awareness and inspired performance. Her cross-functional executive experience, fearless vision and a relatable communication style have helped drive year-over-year success in her current role as co-founder and principal consultant of the leadership development firm, InspireCorps.
As a board member of Star Factor Coaching, Allison advises on talent optimization, building inspiring cultures of trust, and coaching process/design best practices.

Over the years, she has collaborated with scholars from the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, Hunter College, Columbia University and the University of Castilla La Mancha to publish peer-reviewed articles and thought leadership on coaching practices, leadership, emotional intelligence, and applied positive psychology. At the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, she co-created a coaching program, first of its kind, to increase emotional intelligence skills in educational leaders.

Allison holds a B.A. in psychological brain sciences, with an emphasis on learning and cognition, from Dartmouth College and dual master’s degrees in Education and Fine Art from American University. She has delivered two TEDx talks: The Gift and Power of Unstructured Time (2022) and Unpack the Power of Inspiration to Shape Your Future (2021). In addition, she co-authored a leadership book called Dare to Inspire (2019).

She is currently an Advisory Board Member for HR.com’s Future of Employee Engagement. She has previously served on several boards including Conscious Capitalism CT (2016 – 2020), Pursuit of Happiness, Inc. (2007 – 2014), and WNET in New York City (2008 – 2010). As a board member, she offers insights on competitive strategy, proactive risk management through quality, product/service trend analysis, and talent optimization including organizational structure, compensation, and change management best-practices.

She lives in Simsbury, Connecticut with her husband, two boys and two Siberian cats.
